The Producer and Client will have a 50/50 split on publishing for each song that is produced by Producer. If Client uses 3 or more songs on their album produced by Producer, the Producer will receive 3 points from all album sales. Once exclusive rights are sold the beat(s) is no longer available on the website. Exclusive rights are sold to only one website client, and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party unless by it’s Distribution Company (ies) or if “Client” was bought out by another company (ies). Once “Client” has purchased the beat(s) “Client” will receive a digital contract signed by ELEMENTREE PRODUKSHUNZ, granting “Client” exclusive rights to the beat(s).
